-

-
Are ready for international opportunities and a larger network of like-minded women across borders
-
Have stories to share
-
Want to go deeper into your own practice
-
Crave new experiences and cultural exchange

There's a recurring thought that keeps returning. A knowing that something more is on its way - not by chance, but because you've been deliberately creating it.
New opportunities. Strategic partnerships. International connections. A larger vision that's ready to materialize.
You've used the power of focused intention to build what you have today. You understand how thoughts shape reality. You see solutions where others see limitations.
But sustainable growth rarely happens in isolation.
This is for women who recognize that the next level requires alignment - with the right people, at the right time, in the right environment. Women who understand that transformation happens not through force, but through intentional pause and recalibration.

Tereza Dos Santos
Tereza Dos Santos
Multi-Modality Healer | Performing Artist | Sound Alchemist | Composer
Born and raised in Germany, Tereza received classical training as a concert pianist and clarinetist at the Universität der Künste Berlin. For two decades she has toured as a musician from Asia to Europe, the USA, and the Middle East, performing at concerts, private events, and festivals for a wide range of global clients, including Forbes, Ferrari, HSBC, and Disney.
Tereza has also worked as a professional figure skater with Disney On Ice, combining a unique understanding of both artistic expression and physical performance at an elite level. She has composed and produced for Samih Sawiris, the founder of El Gouna, across Europe and the Middle East.
She has performed as a soloist accompanied by the Cairo Opera House orchestra during the El Gouna Film Festival, and performed Mahler's 2nd Symphony under the direction of renowned conductor Gustavo Dudamel at the Lucerne Festival.
In 2023, Tereza served as Associate Producer and composer of the theme song for the Sundance success and festival award-winning documentary SKYWALKERS: A Love Story, which premiered on IMAX and was sold to Netflix worldwide.
Her unique background, where classical discipline meets artistic sensitivity, and global performance meets deep inner work, has given Tereza a rare understanding of what it means to live fully in the body at the highest level.
Today she bridges Western science and ancient healing methods through her bespoke workshops. She works with elite clients, corporations, and festivals around the world, combining her artistic sensibility with deeply transformative practices.
Her work goes far deeper than "ordinary" practice — we move through processes that prepare us on an entirely new level, crafted specifically for our group and our intention.
Tereza's approach is about integrating body, mind, and spirit through sound, breath, and movement. She works with people who understand that true performance requires holistic mastery, and that we cannot reach our full potential without being whole human beings.
From the ice skating stage to the concert stage, from Netflix production to health and healing: Tereza knows what it means to perform, what it costs, and how we find our way forward.
When she guides you through a Floating Temple practice, you receive not just a wellness expert — you receive an artist who has mastered body, sound, and soul.
Eric Radford
Olympic Gold Medal Winner | Composer | Coach | Sports Ambassador
Eric Radford is a retired Canadian pair skater with a career spanning nearly 20 years. As one of figure skating's most prominent athletes, he has set standards both on and off the ice — as a composer, coach, and inspiring voice for mental strength in sport.
Born and raised in Balmertown, Ontario, a small town of just 1,000 people with a single ice rink, 20 hours north of Toronto, Eric fell in love with skating at the age of eight. He watched Kurt Browning and Elvis Stojko on television, and what inspired him was that this was a sport performed to music.
Together with his partner Meagan Duhamel, Eric made figure skating history. The two became one of the world's most formidable pairs, winning Olympic gold in the team event at PyeongChang 2018, Olympic bronze in the pairs event that same year, and Olympic silver at Sochi 2014. Eric also became a two-time World Champion in 2015 and 2016, won World Championship bronze three times, and was crowned Canadian national champion seven times between 2012 and 2018. He also claimed the Grand Prix Final title and became a two-time Four Continents champion.
Eric and Meagan also set new standards on the ice. They became the first pair to land a side-by-side triple Lutz at a Winter Olympics in 2014, and the first pair to complete a quadruple throw jump at the Olympics in 2018. At 33, Eric became one of the oldest Olympic champions in figure skating.
In recognition of Eric's achievements, the street he grew up on was renamed "Eric Radford Way."
But Eric is so much more than an athlete. He is also a trained composer and pianist, having composed music for his own skating programs and for others, including Canada's Patrick Chan. He has released his own album, "Liminal," and for him, music and movement have always belonged together. Each amplifies the other. It is about feeling, not just performing.
Eric's career has not only been about victories. It has been about navigating serious injuries, finding new ways to stay motivated year after year, and learning the balance between pressure and authenticity. He has been open about the philosophical and spiritual dimensions of sport, and how they have shaped him as a person. He recognizes the importance of mental training, visualization, and being present in the moment.
His favourite motto captures it well: "Keep your feet on the ground and your eyes on the stars."
After retiring from competitive skating in 2018, Eric has taken on new roles as a coach, mentor for Team Canada, and advocate for positive change in sport. He understands that guiding others requires an entirely different approach than performing yourself, and he has now dedicated himself to helping the next generation of athletes find their own path.
Eric understands performance at the deepest level. He knows what it costs to inhabit the body at the highest level — physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. He knows what it means to perform under extreme pressure, year after year. To find the balance between perfection and humanity. To live authentically while competing on the world's greatest stages. He knows that true success requires us to be genuine and whole human beings.
When he guides you through a session on performance, authenticity, and pressure, you receive not just an Olympic champion. You receive a man who has lived it, survived it, and found meaning in it.
Tina Johansen
Founder Next Purity / Next Pure Journey | Consultant | Certified Health Coach
Tina's life direction changed following a cancer diagnosis in 2012, which marked the beginning of her deep understanding of holistic health. That same year, she established her first company, Propartner AS, while pregnant with her firstborn son.
This experience initiated a profound exploration of the body, nutrition, and healing processes that later became the foundation for the omega-3 company Norwegian Purity AS and her continued work in holistic health.
During COVID-19, the companies merged into Next Purity AS. During this period, Tina immersed herself in the science of the gut microbiome and completed her certification as a Health Coach at Tunsberg Medical School, along with several courses in neuroscience and human behaviour.
Her deep interest in how everything is interconnected has created a unique understanding of the human being as a whole. She has a genuine passion for neuroscience and the power of thought, through to the latest research on how the gut microbiome shapes our mental clarity, emotional balance, and behaviour. This, together with her 8 pillars of holistic health, makes the ground in everything she does.
With extensive experience in sales and marketing for national and international companies, Tina has built a career on creating meaningful solutions. Her experiences have given her a deep understanding of what it means to take responsibility, stand firm in the face of challenges, and find the inner strength to continue the journey forward.
"Tina is extraordinarily skilled at bringing the right people together at the right time."
She senses when the energy is right and creates spaces where deep collaborations and authentic community can flourish. No ego. No limitations. Only flow in the right direction.
She is a visionary and door-opener who sees possibilities you may not yet see yourself. With her business experience, over 20 years of deep connection to Egypt, and broad knowledge in holistic health, she combines strategic business insight with an understanding of what people need to succeed long-term.
Her strength lies in creating spaces where the right chemistry can expand, where people meet at the right level, at the right time, and where authentic and deep collaborations can flourish.
Lasting success requires that we see the human being as a whole. Thoughts, emotions, and body are one integrated system. Through her own experience, she has learned what happens when we push too hard, for too long. She shares this not as a set of definitive answers, but as lived knowledge with deep understanding of different processes as guidens on the journey.
It is no coincidence that this retreat is set in El Gouna, everything Tina does carries a deeper meaning.
El Gouna was created on the vision of Samih Sawiris from 1989. Today it is an international hub with 25,000 residents from over 50 nations, built on the tagline "Life as it should be."
The city is built on principles of success, designed for people who want to create something more — with a philosophy of balance, community, and sustainable growth.
It is within this energy that Tina creates space for further collaboration across borders.
