1.2 Travel Guarantee Fund

Next Purity AS is a member of the Travel Guarantee Fund (Reisegarantifondet). Membership is confirmed upon confirmed trip and provides you with financial protection if we cannot complete the journey.

1.3 Validity

These terms apply to all trips organized by Next Pure Journey.

2. BOOKING & PAYMENT

2.1 Reservation

Your spot is reserved when we have received a written booking via SMS, email, or online form and the agreed deposit has been paid.

Deposit: Minimum 50% of total price upon booking
Remaining balance: Due no later than 7 days before departure
For bookings made less than 7 days before departure, full payment is due immediately
For bookings through Klarna, Klarna's own terms apply

3. CANCELLATION TERMS

3.1 Cancellation by Participant

More than 90 days before departure:

Refund: 100% minus administrative fee of 5,000 NOK

90-60 days before departure:

Refund: 50% of total amount
Deposit is non-refundable

60-30 days before departure:

Refund: 25% of total amount
Deposit is non-refundable

Less than 30 days before departure:

No refund
Full amount is due

No-show (did not appear):

No refund
Full amount is due

3.2 Cancellation Due to Documented Illness

Full refund (100%) with documented illness
Requires medical certificate submitted within 48 hours of cancellation
Applies only to serious illness that prevents participation
Administrative fee of 2,500 NOK is deducted

3.3 Cancellation by Next Pure Journey

Due to insufficient enrollment:

Minimum 50% of maximum participants required for trip to proceed
If minimum is not met, Next Pure Journey may cancel the trip no later than 14 days before departure
This allows us to fill the trip before final cancellation
Full refund (100%) of paid amount
No additional compensation will be paid
Next Pure Journey is not responsible for flight tickets or other costs incurred by participant. We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellation or flexible flight tickets with cancellation options.

6. LIABILITY & LIMITATIONS

6.1 Next Pure Journey's Liability

WE ARE LIABLE FOR:

Ensuring all our partners have necessary insurance and permits to operate
Activities are conducted safely in accordance with local laws and regulations
Accommodation and meals meet the quality described

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

Flight delays, cancellations, or changes
Loss, damage, or delay of baggage
Personal injury caused by participant's own negligence
Personal injury during activities (covered by partner's insurance)
Illness or accident during the stay
Loss of personal belongings
Force majeure (natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, etc.)
Circumstances beyond our control
Changes in local laws, rules, or restrictions
Loss resulting from lack of travel insurance

6.2 Maximum Liability

Next Pure Journey's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the trip and can never exceed this.

6.3 Participant's Responsibility

Participant is responsible for:

Valid travel documentation (passport, visa if required)
Own travel and health insurance
Behavior that does not disturb other participants
Damage caused to property or equipment
Following local laws and rules in the destination country
All risk related to own participation

6.4 Voluntary Participation

By booking, participant confirms that:

Participation is voluntary and at own risk
Participant is aware of risks related to travel and activities
Participant releases Next Pure Journey from liability for personal injury, illness, or loss of property
Participant has obtained adequate insurance

6.5 Conduct

Next Pure Journey reserves the right to exclude participants who:

Break local law
Show unacceptable behavior toward other participants or staff
Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs during activities
Do not respect the trip's guidelines
Pose a danger to themselves or others

No refund is given upon exclusion.

8. PRACTICAL INFORMATION

8.1 Travel Documentation

Participant is responsible for valid passport and visa
Passport must be valid for at least 6 months after return
Next Pure Journey is not responsible for denied entry

8.2 Baggage

Participant is responsible for own baggage
We recommend travel insurance that covers baggage loss

8.3 Changes to Program

Next Pure Journey reserves the right to make changes to the program without prior notice if we determine it is in the best interest of all parties involved:
